It workek perfectly to me. Although “the provided certificate [did] not appear to be a valid x509 certificate” it uploaded without any problem onto my Galaxy S2. I also did the test on my windows laptop which recognized it as the already installed certificate.

You, sir, are a champ.
Now able to connect to my enterprise WIFI network. Was not able to install the certificate any other way, now I have connected and it worked first time.
